He was predeceased by: his father Walter "Red" VanVooren. He is survived by: his mother Nellie VanVooren (Westphalen); and his siblings, Pattee Epstien (Ron) of Bettendorf, IA, Kathy Johnson (Marte), David Van Vooren of Naperville, IL and Dan VanVooren (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
