He was predeceased by: his parent Nhuong; and his siblings, Hue Thi To, Lien Ngoc To and Dao Huu To. He is survived by: his wife Hieu To; his daughters, Julie Locke (Brian) and Michelle Greuel (Austin); his grandchildren, Sophia, Caden, Charlotte, Reid, Aaron and Ethan; his sister Lan Thi To; and his sister-in-law Hanh Dao.
