He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Speed" Haynie and Dorothy Haynie (Welvaert); and his siblings, Richard and Darla. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Andrew Spencer (Barb), Scott Haynie (Diana), Dale Spencer (Tracie) and Timothy Haynie (Kristy); his grandchildren, Ellie Wietholder, Spencer Haynie, Jessica Lemaitre, Taylor Spencer, Nathan Spencer, Haylie Spencer, Stephanie Haynie and Ryan Haynie; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Wietholder, Avery Lemaitre and Blair Wietholder.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in care of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
