She was predeceased by: her parents, Elda Cox (Hessman) and Ralph Cox; her brothers, C. LeRoy Cox and Ken L. Cox; her stepson Thom Coker; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Coker.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Czerwinski; her children, Lee Coker of Rochester, MN., Matt Czerwinski of Moline, IL., Mark Czerwinski Jr. (Ronda) of Oskaloosa, IA., Mary Gallardo (Mario) of Rock Island, IL. and Kara Smith (Eric) of Piedmont, OK.; her grandchildren, Bret, Erin, Brianna, Nick, Jake, Austin, Camron, Tyler, Jordan, Jarrett, David and Henry; and her brother Ralph L. Cox (Sharon) of Dolliver, IA.. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
