He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rogers and Ruth Rogers (Fletcher); his wife Giovina Maria Matese; and his siblings, John, Gordon, Leonard, Warren Rogers and Dorothy Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Clarisa Mattecheck (Eugene, Jr.) of Moline and Diana Helling (F. Dwayne) of Colona, Illinois; his grandsons, Ian Dunsworth (Morgan Park) of Rock Island, Chase Mattecheck of Moline, Zachary Helling (Alexandra Oberg) of Moline, Nicholas Helling of Moline and Lucas Helling (Jade Katen-Ynzunza) of Gilroy, California; and his great grandchild Willow Helling.
