He is survived by: his wife Barbara Haertjens (Anderson); his children, Deb Struck of San Diego, CA, Daniel Haertjens (Aileen), Tom Haertjens (Barbara) of Phoenix, AZ, Teri Jaekels of Omaha, NE and John Haertjens of San Diego, CA; and also Fred Haertjens (Naomi). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
