He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Wynes and Ruth Wynes (McComas); and his daughter Tonya Reilly. He is survived by: his wife Emma M. Thompson; his children, Terri Roach of Thornton, CO, Tirza Frank (Ben) of Moline and Thomas Wynes of Moline, IL; his brothers, Dale Wynes of Reynolds, IL and Jack Wynes of Mt. Ayr, IA; his granddaughters, Cynthia, Taylor and Allison; and his great grandchildren, Emily and Lilly.
