Hartley of Moline, Illinois, born in Altona, Illinois, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Lambert and Myrna Lambert (Taff); her husband Roy Hartley; her daughter Carolyn Tinkham; and her siblings, Isabelle Lambert, John Lambert, Warren "Gus" Lambert, Pauline Sommer, Joe Lambert and Mildred Sornberger.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard W. Hartley (Mary Margaret) of Laura, IL and David Tinkham of Warrenville, SC..
