He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Culver Young and Bette Young (Salmonson); his wife Julie Harris; his children, Charlie Young (Taylor), Michael Zemke (Carrie) and Sara Young (Alex); his grandchildren, Cayden, Lorenzo, Benicio and Solei; and his siblings, Allen Young and Kim Tarrant. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
