With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Guillermo Sanchez Dominguez of Moline, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Guillermo Sanchez leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his father Agustin Cortez. He is survived by: his mother Guadalupe Dominguez of Mexico; his wife Teresa Orozco; and his children, Patricia Sanchez (Edgar Molina), Agustin Sanchez (Carmen Perez), Guillermo Sanchez (Marybell Quintino), Guadalupe Sanchez, Salvador Sanchez (Stacy Perez) and Ulises Sanchez (Rosa Lara). He is also survived by six siblings; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins.
