He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank J. Stout and Catherine M. Stout (Solich); his wife Clarine A. Larson; his sons, James Andrew Stout (Erika) of Prosper, TX and Christopher Michael Stout (Mandi); his grandchildren, Riley Raeann, Crosby Jameson, Connor Michael and Evan Lorn; and his siblings, Mary Peed of Boynton Beach, FL, Frank N. Stout (Sandra) of Toledo, OH. and William Anthony Stout.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Sacred Heart Church, Moline.
