He is survived by: his children, David Neighbour (Deb) and Amy VanEchaute (Jeff) of Moline; and his grandchildren, Sarah Neighbour of Denver, Margaret VanEchaute (Scott Worthington) of Minneapolis, James VanEchaute (Tawnya) of Des Moines and Clare VanEchaute (Jake Lavacot) of Minneapolis.
