He was predeceased by: his parents, William Biggs and Alice May Biggs (Harrison); and his brother Marvin Biggs. He is survived by: his friend Jan Biggs of East Moline; his son Jared Adams of Singer, Louisiana; his stepchildren, Grant Ward (Valerie) of North Liberty and Michelle Barnes (Ed) of Cottage Grove, Minnesota; and his brother Jim Biggs. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
