He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughter Mel DeJonghe Chicago; his sister Patricia Caldwell Moline (Terry); his stepsons, Joe Leebold Davenport and Jon Leebold Milan; and his grandchildren, Eli, Isaac, Ella, Teryn and Nolan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
