He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Darin and Rose Darin (Nitz); and his sister Linda Darin. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Jacobs of Moline, Justin Darin (Catherine) of Apollo Beach and Alex Darin of Moline; his grandchildren, Dylan Barton (Jamii), Madison Jacobs, Alexander Jones, Kingston Jones and Thomas Darin; his siblings, Michael Darin (Michelle), Sandy Hill (Pat) and John Darin (Kim); and his niece Jacqueline Caldwell (Justin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
