He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Rutherford and Etta Rutherford (Mahan); his wife J. Delores Hackett (Woodall); and his great grandchild Adalynn Grace. He is survived by: his children, Barbara France (Jon) of Baker City, Deborah Smiley (Rob) of Rock Island, Donna Lawrence (Tom) of Moline, Diana Olson (Kurt) of Roselle, Tamra Hewitt (Gary) of Ames and Terry Hackett (Anne) of Elmhurst, Illinois; and his brothers, Charles Rutherford of Marked Tree, Marvin Rutherford of Tuckerman and Rodger Rutherford of Indiana. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
