With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet L. Rexroad of Moline, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilson and Nina Wilson (Edwards); her daughter Precious Leeann; her sister Sharon; her brother-in-law Tom Bogener; and her friends, Jordan Murphy and Phyllis Webb.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Rexroad (Tammy) of East Moline, Angela Potter (Bill Garvin) of East Moline, Skyelynne of Moline, Nevaeh of Moline, CeCe of Moline and Mary of Moline; her grandchildren, Kristina Nelson of Lynn Center, IL, James Rexroad Sr. of Coal Valley, Nicholas of Moline, Jamie Lee of Moline, Shelby Potter Robinson (Chris), Alyssa of East Moline, Willow of Moline, Kay'Lanii of Moline, Brayden of Moline and Brooklyn of Moline; her great grandchildren, Brendon, Makinsey of Hunter, JJ, Jason, Cassius, Jayden, Jaxson and Kassidy; and her brothers, Jimmy Wilson of Milan and Dale Wilson (Peggy) of Moline. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wendt Funeral Home (1811 15th St Pl, Moline, IL 61265). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
