With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason A. Hoffmann of Moline, Illinois, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Roger Hoffmann. He is survived by: his mother Carol Hoffmann (Eriksen); his sisters, Lisa Louck (Eric) of Burlington, IA and Kristin Hoffmann; his nephew Charlie; his significant other Shase Lacey Hoffmann; and his close friend Bruce (Scott). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Riverbend Food Bank.
