He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Barber and Beverly Wilson (Colleen). He is survived by: his wife Joann DeMarlie; his children, Nick Barber (Jamie), Tracy Gedye (Jason) and Leann Schieber (Eric); his grandchildren, Jackson, Lola, Mallory, Dylan, Jordan, Kellsie (Tyler), Kaile and Kera; and his siblings, Cathy Libey (Jim), Lorie Bostic (Randy) and Joe Barber (Tony). He is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Midwest Affiliate.
