He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jeffrey Reem. He is survived by: his parents, Richard VanZuyt (Sharon) and Christine VanZuyt (Ontiveros); his siblings, Jenny VanZuyt, Diane Schaab (John), Dan Beale (Deb) and Jerry Beale; and his uncle Mike Ontiveros. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
