He was predeceased by: his parents, William Appleman and Helen Appleman (Jones); his children, Tony Appleman, Jimmy Appleman and Judi Sunner; and his siblings, William Appleman, Fred Appleman and Janet Faley.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Morrissey; his children, Jill Appleman-Scott (Chris Scott), Jeff Appleman (Theresa) and Jerry Appleman; and his daughter-in-law Stacy Appleman-Steen (Luke). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Alleman High School, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, or the Family to Family Program at Sacred Heart Church.
