We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2023, at the age of 71, John H. LaMar of Moline, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin "Aussie" LaMar and Francis Colleen LaMar (Terrell); his son Robert John LaMar; and his siblings, Terry LaMar, Marilyn Darnell and Francis Schaefer.

He is survived by: his pets, Boslee, Bell and Milan; his wife Connie Lawver; his daughter Rana; his son-in-law Joshua Muller of Coal Valley; his granddaughters, Amanda LaMar (Joshua Jared) of Coal Valley, Brianna Beason (Ed) of Rock Island and Kaylee Schriver of Davenport; his great grandchildren, Brynleigh Jared, Everleigh Jared and Leilani Beason; his siblings, Dale LaMar (Jewel) of Moline, Tom LaMar (Lisa) of Vandalia, Roy Caskey of Davenport, Andy LaMar of Davenport, Bud Butler (Katie) of Davenport, Brian Butler (Michelle) of Ramsey and Lila LaMar of Davenport; and his close friends, Boslee, Bell and Mila. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
