He is survived by: his mother Janis Irwin; his wife Bindy; his children, Scott Irwin (Angela), Samantha Larsen (Josh) and Luke Irwin; his stepmother Janet Irwin; his mother-in-law Linda Smith; his brother Todd Irwin; his stepsiblings, Zack Bartels (Britt) and Stacy Carson (Mickey); and his pets, Maverick and Koda.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established by the family.
