He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Morales and Josephine Morales (Mendoza). He is survived by: his wife Maria Medrano; his children, Ricky Morales, Sherry Cosgrove (Michael), Joseph Morales, Jr. (Kathy), Maricele Elliott (Ted) and Richard Morales (Tera); and his siblings, Carmen Castro, Eleanor Morales, Mary Cruse, Danny Morales and Gilbert Morales. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to Sacred Heart Church, Moline.
