It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce M. Osborn (Moline, Illinois), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Verne Baker and Agness Marie Baker (Cooper); her former husband Jim Osborn; and her sister Carol Lee. She is survived by: her former husband Jack Bisdorf; her nieces, Linda, Susie and Sally; her brother Gene; her sister-in-law Janice Baker; her son Jeff; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Osborn of Moline; her daughters, Dawn Osborn of Albuquerque and Debbie Sheil of Priest River, Idaho; her grandsons, James, Daniel and Derek; her child Gene Baker (Janice) of Moline; and also, Gene, Karen and Robbie Sowers.
