He was predeceased by: his father Leon Haezebroeck. He is survived by: his son Jonathon Haezebroeck of Cedar Rapids, IA; his mother Bev Haezebroeck of Moline, IL; and his siblings, Kris Haezebroeck (Robert Troutman) of Moline, IL and Brian Haezebroeck.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Len Brown's North Shore Inn (700 N Shore Dr, Moline, IL 61265).
