She was predeceased by: her parents, William Snyder and Joann Ward Snyder. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Hoffman; her daughter Allie Hoffman (Matt Hubbell); and her siblings, Kris Gunnell (Dave), Pedie Karn (Butch), Bill Snyder (Sandy) and John Snyder (Tallie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to either the American Heart Association or to the Alzheimer's Association.
