He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Bell and Leda May Bell (Hume); his spouse Beverly Whitenack; his son Anthony Bell; and his brothers, Gerald and Frank Bell.
He is survived by: his brothers, Mike Bell (Carol) of Washington, MO and Arthur Bell (Carol) of Washington, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Sam Whitenack, Barb Myers and Margie Hulsbrink.
