He is survived by: his former spouse Elnor Dibble; his girlfriend Emma Fox; his children, Mark Simmons of Milan and Amy Gillispie (Darin) of Milan; his granddaughters, Amber Fox (Dakota) and Casey Clarke; his great grandchildren, Zoe and Maddox Fox; his grandchildren, Kayla, Zach and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Dallas and Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
