He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil R. McCaw and Charlotte McCaw (Kuschmann); his wife Shirley Graff Green; and his cousins, Jean Struble and Joyce Robbins.
He is survived by: his cousins, Steve Struble, Marcia Lloyd, Reneé Lloyd and Ron Robbins.
