He was predeceased by: his parents, George DeBrabander and Alice Marie DeBrabander (Dauw); and his wife Beatrice M. "Bea" Maenhout. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Tollenaer (Ken); his grandchildren, Jeremy Schrader, Zachary Schrader, Jacob Schrader (Elysia) and Hannah Allison (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Noah, Penelope, Eva, Camila, Teagan, Jade, Paxton, Zeeland, Kiera and Leo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Alleman High School or St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry.
