She is survived by: her son Damon Cook (Michelle); her grandchildren, Mariah, Aidan, Addison, Lucas, Quentin and Audrey; her father Kenneth James Cook; her sister Deb Williams; her nephews, Dan and Adam Rediger (Brittany); her brother Rick Cook (Kathy Barzgari); her niece Amy Barzgari; and her close friend Scott Carlson.
