She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Nelson and Yvonne Nelson (Johnson). She is survived by: her son Douglas Green (Johnna) of Davenport; her brothers, Jim Nelson (Elaine) of Moline and Frank Nelson (Nancy) of Wilton; and her granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Brianna Green.

Memorials preferred to the Quad Cities Animal Welfare Center, Milan.
