With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lisa M. Leonard (Moline, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2025 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Thomas McCreery and Cindy McCreery (Teigen); her husband Aaron Leonard; her children, Kiley and Brady Leonard; her brother Ray McCreery (Brianne); and her nieces and nephews, Everly, Remy and Finley McCreery. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to City of Hope Cancer Center in Zion, Illinois.
