Lori A. Luna Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori A. Luna of Moline, Illinois, who passed away on July 1, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Joshua Slater; her grandmother Helen Slater; and her aunt Sally Bell. She is survived by: her parents, Jack Slater (Deb) and Sandy Smiley (Widerquist); her husband Derek Luna; her pet Spike; her children, Lily and Brock; her siblings, Jaclyn Slater and Michael Engholm; her stepsiblings, Jennifer Ludwig (Justin), Melissa Bell (Clinton) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Allen Wallace (Kate) of Marion, IA; her stepgrandfather Arlon Anderson; and her mother-in-law Diana Luna. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be set up for her children's educational fund.
