She was predeceased by: her parents, Agapito Masias and Epifania Masias; her daughter Anna Contreras; her grandchildren, Angelica Jauregui and Jason Ramirez; and her siblings, Jesse, John, Peter Masias, Juanita Roldan and Mercedes Molina.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Scheper (Dennis) of Rock Island, Laura Mathena of Moline, Dolores Scribner (Scott) of Greenup and Bob Tapia (Dalia) of Moline. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
