It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret A. Despain of Moline, Illinois, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret A. Despain to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Millslagle and Lucille Millslagle (Gardner); her siblings, Daniel, Richard, Emmett, Helen and Ethel; and her son J. Gregory Despain.

She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Despain of Moline; her son Timothy Despain (Lisa) of Colona; and her grandchildren, Matthew and Katelyn.

Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
