He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurel Harper and Millye Carlson Harper; his wife Margo Anderson; and his sister Pamela. He is survived by: his siblings, Brian Harper (Betty), Jeff Harper, Steve Harper (Connie), Laurie Ebner (Steve), Scott Harper (Kay), Marcia Orendorff (Steve), Jason Harper, Barry Harper (Tracy) and Milan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
