As we bid Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his parents, Derick Adams of Milan, IL and Stephanie Adams (Poston); his brother Daniel Adams (Emma); his grandparents, Larry Poston and Connie Rowland (Milan); and his pet Storm. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois or UI Health Care Catalyst Fund.
