He is survived by: his children, Christopher Bulens (Samantha) and Pamela Eastwood; his grandchildren, Juliana Eastwood, Elliana Eastwood and Beau Bulens; his sister Kathleen Sparks (Milan); his nieces, Stephanie Rursch (Jason), Heather Sparks, Brayton, Kynlee and Emma; and his friend Terrie Jordan.
