She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Alan and Viola Mildred Coon (Olson); her husband Ned Scrowther; her stepdaughter Tammy Scrowther; her grandson Jake Scrowther; and her half-brother Vance Grubaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Don DeLong (Barbara) of Beach Park, Rev. Dora Lee DeLong of Moline, Christopher Ireland of Moline, Ned Keith Scrowther (Debbie) of Moline and Kammie Alonso (Martin) of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Nita Bulawa (Kyle), Keith Scrowther (Heather), Heather Scheper, Jeremy Scrowther, Tasha Scrowther, Greg Ellis, Kevin DeLong (Jessica), Megan DeLong, Eric DeLong and Garrett Ireland; her friend Carol Reed; her cousin Peggy Brose; and her pet Alfie. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Trimble Funeral Home & Crematory - Moline (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Valley or Faith Lutheran Church, Moline.
