She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wahlgren and Madeline Wahlgren (Opsomer); her husband Thomas Michael Welsh; and her son Mark Welsh. She is survived by: her sons, Tim Welsh (Karen) of Weaverville, Keith Welsh of Moline, Illinois, Chris Welsh (Chrissy) of Port Byron, Illinois and Joe Welsh (Angela) of Moline, Illinois; her daughter-in-law Sue Welsh of Clinton Township, Michigan; her sister Judy Quinn of Homosassa, Florida.; her grandchildren, Christina Holman, Megan Jordahl, Sara Parker-Metz, Rob Sparkman and TJ VanAlsburg; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Blake Holman, Alex Gove, Sophia Jordahl, Avery Parker, Mason Welvaert, RJ, Chelsea, Devon and Maci Sparkman. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wendt Funeral Home (1811 15th St Pl, Moline, IL 61265).
