She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Melton and Pauline Pardee (Smith); and her great grandchildren, Avari and Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Albert Cook; her children, Fred Cook (Dawn), Donald Cook (Cyndi) and Alta Fecht (Joseph); her grandchildren, Cassie Stahler (Jimmy), Danielle Martin (Clayton), Brianne Seabloom Brandon (Hunter Price), Justin Cook (Jenna), Samantha Cornish (Kit) and Megan Johnson (Nathan); and her sister Judy Florian. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
