He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Brooks and Mardell Brooks (Wease). He is survived by: his wife Diane J. Kremer; his children, Rob Brooks (Kimberly) and Kara Fuller (Ian); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Brooks, Payton Fuller and Phoebe Fuller.
