He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald McNeil and Nancy McNeil; his wife Mary Carlin; his children, James McNeil (Michelle) of Maui, HI, Jack McNeil (Kamelotte) of Oak Park, IL and Ellie McNeil of Chicago, IL; his grandson Lennox; and his siblings, Mitch McNeil (Pam) of Oak Park, IL, Doug McNeil of Spring Lake, MI, Chris McNeil (Annie) of Maui, HI and Liz Gill (Jerry) of Springfield, IL. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
