He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Crowe and Effie Opal Crowe; his wife Patricia "Pat" Strickland; and his siblings, Margaret Crowe, Lillian Tinsley, Gladys Bodo (Peg), Ruth Martin, Frank Crowe, Guss Crowe and Belva VanNorman.
He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Crowe (Nancy) of Coal Valley, IL and Mike "Mo" Crowe (Dorothy "Do") of Mesa, CO; his grandchildren, Kelsey Jones (Eric) of Waterloo, IL and Jake Crowe (Morgan) of Evans, GA; and his great grandchildren, Cora, Laina, Margo Jones, Everlie and Isla Crowe. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
