He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Kinney and Leoba Kinney (Deiser). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kinney (Tingley); his children, Chris Kinney (Kate) and Amy Kinney (Kyle Elliott); his grandchildren, Rylie Schnack, Jessica and Joshua Kinney; and his brother James "Jim" Kinney (Eve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
