He was predeceased by : his parents, James Mulcahy and Dorothy Mulcahy (Manchion); his wife Sherri Ann Bishop; and his sister Mary Seyller. He is survived by : his daughter Kelly Beem (Bob); his brother Ronald Mulcahy (Paula) of Stewart, FL; and his stepgrandson Michael.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Sacred Heart Church, Moline or Trinity Health Foundation to support the Dr. Eduardo Ricaurte Behavioral Health Scholarship Fund.
