He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Hollembaek and Agnes Ruth Hollembaek (Edgington); his wife Patricia Anderson; his daughter Lisa; and his grandson Anthony.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Caparula (Jim), Janine Parr (Sam) and Christine Hollembaek (Lamont); his grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Frankie, Elisabeth, Emma, Sophia and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Kiel, Zoey, Regan, Conrad, Willow and Reese.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Alleman Catholic High School.
