He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wallace and Marian Larson Wallace; his wife Gretchen Wonderlich; and his sisters, Joanne Slayton and Carole Natwick.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Wallace (Ann), Kris Wallace, Todd Wallace, Shawn Wallace (Pam) and Brian Wallace (Kim); his grandchildren, Brad (Amanda), Brent (Jeanette), Ryan, Emily, Paige Jaeger (Jonathan), Courtney and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Payton, Arlo, Abel, Gretchen, Addi and Ella; his great great grandchildren, Malachi and Mila; and his sister Judy Upton (Russ).
Visitation was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Van Hoe Funeral Home (1500 6th St, East Moline, IL 61244). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Greenview Memorial Gardens.
